This generous sized reserve opposite the Mount Hurtle Winery is an ideal site for group and family gatherings. A spacious entertaining shelter is serviced by a barbeque and multiple picnic settings, with an adjacent open kick/play field. The sporting area features two tennis courts, a rebound wall, a four square court, and basketball and netball courts.
A nearby toddler/junior playground offers something for the children. Walking trails lead away from the recreation area through this relaxing reserve, and continue on through the surrounding near-rural suburb. The reserve becomes a dry zone between 8.00pm and 6.00am. Those using wheelchairs will find good access to the reserve. Parking is provided. Dogs on leads are welcome.
