Centrally located at one of the states premier tourist destinations, Glenelg, you will fi nd attractions here and close by to suit all tastes, age, budgets and styles.

This large open grassed reserve has recently acquired an outstanding access-for-all play park featuring a play trail inviting the users to find the hidden treasure. A gym circuit complete with instructions allows you to work out in these postcard surroundings. Leading to the play park, from the Anzac Highway corner, is the Wigley Reserve Memory Lane of memoirs, milestones and achievements for all South Australians. Walk/bike trails lead in a host of directions taking you past the HMAS Buffalo and the Patawalonga Boat Lake along the way you will find smaller parks offering multi-barbeque and picnic setting sites and playgrounds. These paths and trails aid unassisted access for those of us using wheelchairs. Traverse the opening gates of the “Pat”, following the Coastal Way between the exquisite new homes and you quickly arrive at the beautiful Glenelg North Beach which is always inviting and venture onto the breakwater. Staying on the Wigley Reserve side enables you to wander past the shops at the base of the Marina apartment palaces while watching over the private marina where handsome marine vessels preen for all to admire. Onwards through Colley Reserve beckons Moseley Square, the fi nal destination of the bay tram and the entrance to Glenelg Jetty, residing over popular Glenelg beach. Parking is provided. Dogs on lead are always welcome.
