Roy Marten Coastal Reserve is named after a Largs Bay rotary member. It is situated alongside the South Australian Police Academy and has many features for all ages. A small junior/toddler playground will amuse the little ones while a large BMX track and skateboard half-pipe will occupy their elders.
The Robert Crouch sand hills fitness circuit is located here and Taperoo Beach is just a short trip away across Lady Gowrie Drive. These physically demanding features are sure to increase your appetite and alongside the large grass kick/play area there are sheltered barbeques and picnic settings available to satisfy it. Unfortunately there is only limited access for those using wheelchairs. Dogs are welcome on a lead.
