Free in Your Town asks for your name and contact details when you provide feedback using our online form.

This information is only collected for the purpose of returning correspondence and is deleted and not stored after the correspondence has been returned.

This information is not shared with any other party.

The fields on the feedback form are optional, you do not need to fill them out if you do not wish to be contacted about your comments.
